Great News - Knives are now shipping.
Everything has cleared customs and has been properly accounted for, separated and re-packaged to be shipped out.
Over the next several days as packages are shipped we will be updating and notifying you of your tracking numbers.
If you have ordered something in the past and have not received your orders will be going out as well.
This includes: Chef Knives, Santoku Knives, Cleaver Knife, Paring, Steak, Whetstones, Blade Guards and Knife Block - My brain is toast...
Everything turned out amazing and I know you are going to absolutely love this line.
It took about 23 days longer than I had expected and I am grateful for your patience and supporting me along the way.

I was just notified that all of your knives have just cleared customs. I am so excited because this means we are in the home stretch.

Are all either at our fulfillment center in Utah now or are in transit.
I am being told that the complete shipment is scheduled to arrive in Utah this Friday. So basically in two days.
Assuming this happens we have hired additional staff to begin breaking down all the pallets, sorting and organizing all the knives and prepping the assembly line for shipping.
You have my word we will work around the clock to make sure as soon as the knives are delivered we are getting them out to you.

Dear Backers, I have messaged all of you individually throughout the course of the campaign, but I wanted to make sure I posted publicly so everyone knew how things are progressing. The Chef, Santoku and Paring knife production was flawless just like we expected.
Once the campaign ended I received several hundred requests for some additional knives to be offered to the backers. I had mentioned before the campaign had ended I was thinking about making some additional knives, but once I received all the requests I decided to call my manufacturer to see if we could pull this off in such a short time. After running the numbers and data we thought that we could do.
So I sent out an email to all backers offering the ability to purchase Steak Knives, a Cleaver, a Knife Block and some Blade Guards. We the response was overwhelming - We sold several thousand more knives which was great, but that meant we needed to push production to the limits to get everything done in time. I was excited when I went to visit the manufacturer to check on everything.
All the knives passed the first round of quality control, but when I was there we ran the knives (all of them) through a secondary QQ step (looking at the bonded alloy under a very strong microscope) and discovered the steak knives had some very small inconsistencies in them. These inconsistencies would not had been noticeable to the naked eye and would certainly not have impacted the over all performance of the knives, but I made the decision that all 2,000 steak knives needed to be made over.
This process typically take 60 days because all the raw materials have to be ordered and then labor plus shipping time. I pulled out every stop I could and paid double plus paid to fly the knives to America rather than have to wait another 45 days by boat. All knives to backers who did not purchase additional knives have been delivered. If you are one of the backers who purchased additional products then I apologize, BUT the good news is.
The knives will be arriving Friday and by the time it clears customs (wild card) and get to Utah (which should be next Friday) we will start shipping with no more delays. I think over all we are looking at a 2 to 3 week delay on the additional knives purchased. Please accept my apologize, BUT I promise you these knives are everything I have advertise and MORE....they are simply Amazing and you are going to love them.
We will send tracking just as soon as we can AND I will post another update once the knives arrive to the fulfillment center. If you wanted some additional knives, BUT did not take advantage of the opportunity at that time, we still have a few more knives available.
